The Uniform Rules for Documentary Collections URC 522 ICC, published by the International Chamber of Commerce and used worldwide, is a form of trade finance where an exporter is paid for its merchandise by an importer after the two parties' banks exchange the required documents. The exporter's bank collects funds from the importer's bank in exchange for documents, thus releasing title to the shipped merchandise.

The Rules were created to resolve the daily operational problems of all counterparties in a collection process of debt owned, money or assets.

Course participants will become equipped with the practical knowledge and skill sets for handling the documentary collection process.


Our online course is held as a virtual training session but, can be delivered in-house or offered at a designated location, combined with a following project implementation support.
